The middle of June is rapidly approaching; as is the deadline for the second book in the Waiting Room Series. This upcoming book will be in the 30-35 minute reading timeframe; and if you’re a slower paced reader, you might just take it in over a couple coffee breaks.
I’ve been spending a lot of my time glued to work; and if it weren’t for Yeti, I might forget completely to stand up periodically, and give my stiff limbs a much needed stretch.
Are people the only creatures who are capable of forming healthy habits? I swear Yeti has taken up Yoga, or more appropriately, “Coga” and seems to show up around the same time every afternoon and perform a series of exercises.
He is always an inspiration to me. I hope you take a moment today to follow Yeti’s example; and include a couple stretches into your daily life to help create balance, and a happier mind. You might also try reading Cab #13, it will transport you to an entirely different world and wash away your current problems!
